Returns Policy

We operate a 30-day returns policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exclusions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customised products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day Statutory Right of Cancellation in the EU
Without prejudice to the above, if your goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return goods within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As stipulated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether it has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within ten working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
